Billing Model
GoMami uses a prepaid model — payment must be completed before the service period begins.
Billing Cycles

Choosing a longer billing cycle typically offers greater discounts — annual billing can save 15%-20% compared to monthly.
Invoice Lifecycle
Invoice Generation
The system automatically generates a renewal invoice 7 days before the due date and notifies you via email. If you have a credit card on file, the system will also attempt to charge it automatically.

Overdue Handling

Auto-Restore on Payment
Suspended services will be automatically restored upon successful payment — no manual intervention required. A restoration notification email will be sent automatically.
Traffic Billing
GoMami plans include a fixed monthly traffic allowance:
- Traffic is calculated based on outbound traffic only
- Inbound traffic is not metered
- Monthly traffic quota resets at the start of each billing cycle
- If you run low on traffic, you can purchase additional traffic packs
Viewing Invoices
- Log in to GoMami
- Go to Billing > My Invoices
- View all historical and pending invoices
