GoMami offers a 24-hour risk-free cancellation policy, so you can try our services with confidence.
24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation
Within 24 hours of service activation, you can request a full refund if you're not satisfied:
- Applies to newly purchased instances
- Refund will be returned to your original payment method
- Limited to one time per user

The 24-hour refund guarantee only applies to first-time purchases. Renewal orders are not eligible.
Requesting a Refund
- Log in to GoMami
- Go to the Ticket System
- Select the Billing category
- Submit a refund request with your reason
- Wait for support to process
Refund Timeline

Non-Refundable Cases
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Orders older than 24 hours
- Services terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Renewal orders
- Used account credit balance
- IP blackholed due to DDoS attacks

After a refund is approved, the corresponding server instance and data will be immediately and permanently deleted. Please back up any data you need before applying.
Cancelling a Service
If you don't want to renew but don't need a refund, you can cancel the service:
- Log in to GoMami
- Go to Services > My Services
- Select the service to cancel
- Click Request Cancellation
- Choose cancellation type (Immediate / End of Term)
