Refund Policy

GoMami offers a 24-hour risk-free cancellation policy, so you can try our services with confidence.

24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation

Within 24 hours of service activation, you can request a full refund if you're not satisfied:

  • Applies to newly purchased instances
  • Refund will be returned to your original payment method
  • Limited to one time per user

The 24-hour refund guarantee only applies to first-time purchases. Renewal orders are not eligible.

Requesting a Refund

  1. Log in to GoMami
  2. Go to the Ticket System
  3. Select the Billing category
  4. Submit a refund request with your reason
  5. Wait for support to process

Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders older than 24 hours
  • Services terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Renewal orders
  • Used account credit balance
  • IP blackholed due to DDoS attacks

After a refund is approved, the corresponding server instance and data will be immediately and permanently deleted. Please back up any data you need before applying.

Cancelling a Service

If you don't want to renew but don't need a refund, you can cancel the service:

  1. Log in to GoMami
  2. Go to Services > My Services
  3. Select the service to cancel
  4. Click Request Cancellation
  5. Choose cancellation type (Immediate / End of Term)
