How do I register an account?

Go to GoMami website, click register, and fill in your email and password. See Register an Account for details.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your registered email
  4. Check for the password reset email
  5. Follow the link to set a new password

If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If still not received, contact us.

Can I change my registered email?

For security reasons, changing your registered email requires contacting support via the ticket system with account ownership verification.

How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

  1. Log in to GoMami
  2. Go to Account > Security
  3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  4. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or another TOTP app
  5. Enter the verification code to confirm

Keep your 2FA recovery codes safe. Recovering your account without them will be very difficult if you lose your phone.

What is an API Token?

API Tokens allow you to manage servers programmatically. You can generate and manage tokens in the control panel under Account > API. See API Token for details.

How many servers can I have on one account?

There is no strict limit by default. If you need a large number of servers, we recommend contacting support in advance to confirm resource availability.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, submit a request via the ticket system. Before deletion, make sure:

  • All services are cancelled
  • No unpaid invoices remain
  • All necessary data is backed up

Account deletion is permanent and all data will be irreversibly removed.

Not receiving email notifications?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Add @gomami.io to your email whitelist
  3. Verify your registered email address is correct
  4. If the issue persists, contact us
