What payment methods are supported?
GoMami supports the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe)
- Alipay (Stripe Alipay)
- Cryptocurrency (Crypto)

Is there a trial period?
GoMami offers a 24-hour risk-free cancellation policy. If you're not satisfied within 24 hours of activation, you can request a full refund. See Refund Policy.
How do I renew?
The system automatically generates a renewal invoice before expiration and sends an email notification. You can:
- Log in, go to Billing > My Invoices to find the pending invoice
- Choose a payment method to complete payment
You can pre-load account credit for automatic renewal to avoid service interruption.
How long is data retained after expiration?
| Stage | Timing | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Suspended | Due date | Server suspended immediately, data retained, auto-restores on payment |
| Terminated | 5 days overdue | Service terminated, data may not be recoverable |
Service is suspended on the due date with no grace period. Please renew before expiration or back up important data.
Can I get a refund?
- Within 24 hours of new purchase: Full refund available
- After 24 hours: No refund
- Renewal orders: No refund

How much cheaper is annual billing vs monthly?
Annual billing typically saves 15%-20% compared to monthly. Exact discounts vary by product line. See:
Can I change my billing cycle?
Yes. When your current cycle expires, you can choose a different billing cycle at renewal. To change immediately, contact support.
Questions about my invoice?
Submit billing-related issues via the ticket system. Support will respond within business days.
Can I withdraw my account credit?
Account credit cannot be directly withdrawn. For special circumstances, contact support to discuss.
